Our Story

We are a tropical restaurant intended to make our guests feel as if they were actually in a tropical island. When you step into Karamba we want you to feel the comfort of a relaxing resort away from home. Our bilingual staff cares and caters to provide quality service for our guests in every sit down experience. The menu revolves around Colombia based cuisine, along with several tropical cultures offering specialty dishes from Cuba, Spain, and the Domican Republic. We offer dishes such as the paella a la Valenciana, Filet Mignon with Lobster and even one of the tastiest Ropa Vieja on the east end. We take pride on our well known sangrias, mojitos and margaritas which are all based on freshly picked fruit from our local framer's market.
