In latin American Cultures Karamba is an expression used as joy, surprise and excitement. Inspiration for our restaurant Karamba, the theme strongly revolves around parrots especially the blue Macaw which is among the last of its kind. The parrot expresses simplicity, authenticity and style. Karamba Tropical is a small restaurant in the heart of Hampton Bays that takes pride in providing a quality meaningful experience. As the name of our restaurant implies we want to make an unforgettable experience for our guests. We welcome our guests by offering only the most unique tropical décor with warm soothing colors.

Karamba counts with Authentic Cuban Mojito, offering with 8 years aged Bacardi, sugar cane and mint as well as crowd pleasing bubbly, fruit white or red sangria perfect for any occasion.

Churrasco

Churrasco, Argentinas national dish, is a delicious Grilled Skirt steak with a fresh tasting flavor packed sauce called chimichurri. The real star of this dish is on its sauce made it from parsley and garlic.

Paella

Nourishing, vibrant and without pretension, paella has held a place of honor and practicality in Spanish homes. Karamba offers its exquisite Paella with tasty ingredients like chorizo, vegetables, chicken, rice and various seafood.

Parihuela

Parihuela is Peru's answer to bouillabaisse. This marine feast is a seafood based soup full of fish, shrimp, clams, squid and mussels.
